1. Payment is due in advance to confirm your Flocking Date:  $50 for approx. 50 birds. Note:  we are no longer offering 100 flocks :(
2. Make your booking for the night you want us to *place* the birds in the yard (the eve of their special day).

• We place the flamingos  around/after 9PM on the date you book, and pick them back up the following night around/after 9PM. So the birds occupy the yard for about 24 hours! 

• The resident does not need to be home for us to Flock or pick-up.

• You should cancel any lawn maintenance scheduled for the Flocked period. 

• During the Summer months, freshly sprinkled yards help the flocking go faster!

•  We cover Denton, TX and surrounding areas. If you're unsure whether we can cover your location please give us a shout! Sometimes we have flexibility to travel a bit further. If you are outside of our service area, we will discuss a surcharge with you. 

• Also, if the yard you want flocked is located in the Flower Mound area we will  transfer you to our sister company (and the original):  Flower Mound - Flock Their Yard.  

 We do our best to be quiet as we flock their yard so it comes as a special surprise for the person you've chosen to celebrate! This is also why we do our flockings after 9PM. 

Note:  we only flock un-fenced front yard areas.

• If you need to cancel your confirmed booking, we reserve the right to refund 50% of your payment.

• Or we can work with you to reschedule your booking for the full service value.

• We reserve the right to cancel any flocking due to hazardous weather conditions including storm/lightning, tornadic weather, icy roads, etc. Your choice of Full Refund or rescheduling would apply.

• We certainly don't mind some rain though!
